Stretch

Automac 95 is the Fabbri Group’s fastest stretch-technology automatic and reliable packaging machine in its range (up to 90 ppm, with parameter adjustable according to specific production requirements).Its ideal inclusion is in the industry and in the fresh and fresh food packaging centers that require the highest hourly productivity. Automac 95 can package any food compatible with stretch technology and neutral or printed film, such as white and red meats, pork, fish, cheese, fruit, vegetables… In using the printed film, it contributes further to enhance or improve the appearance of the food, helping to make the packaging more inviting on the shelves of the store.

Automac 95 provides maximum packaging results in combination with Fabbri Group films, thanks to the synergies deriving from the company’s historical experience in the production of both packaging machines and food films. However, it also boasts excellent performances with the films of all the major producers on the market.

Automac 95 has been designed to provide the best performance in terms of speed and efficiency of the packaging process. The adjustment of its speed allows to adapt the wrapping machine to various types of product, while, if the trays are not present on the power supply or arrive intermittently, the machine automatically stops all movements while waiting for the arrival of the product to be packaged: this drastically reduces electricity consumption and minimizes mechanical wear and tear, allowing to reduce maintenance and to have a more sustainable packaging process.

Automac 95 can operate with any type of tray, regardless of its underlying characteristics:

Material (expanded polystyrene trays, rigid, vegetable or compostable)
Colour (coloured or transparent trays)
Shape and size (small catering trays or large trays)

The product is packaged with particular attention to the closure in the lower part of the tray without overheating neither the tray nor the product, thanks to the special design of the sealing tape to optimize the welding of the film.

Easy in-line installation

Automac 95’s robustness, reliability, flexibility and ease of integration make it the ideal machine for high productivity. The machine feed is designed to measure the irregular arrival of trays and therefore to be inserted in line without the aid of timing belts.

Control panel with color touch screen monitor

The monitor provides all kinds of information with an easy and intuitive interface. Automac 95 can manage up to 29 wrapping programs, ensuring customized programming that no packaging machine can approach. The diagnostic system integrated in the control panel ensures complete control of the machine and allows you to detect any anomalies as quickly as possible

Quick change of reel

In Automac 95 the film reel can be easily replaced in just 45", ensuring an almost immediate restart of production. This time can drop to less than 30" thanks to the optional "Second reel support". In addition to the configuration of the wrapping machine, also the low weight of stretch film reels produced by Fabbri Group, which always have an optimized thickness-performance ratio with consequent savings and benefits also for the environment, further facilitates the replacement.

Accessories and options

Automac 95 can be equipped with input extensions and output roller conveyors that allow it to find the best integration with tray feeding and unloading systems. In addition, it is possible to equip Automac 95 with photocells and connections that allow it to interact with portioning machines and weight-pricing devices.
