Complete lines for desserts and sweets packaging

Fabbri Group offers customized lines for packaging desserts and confectionery in tray-sealing or protective atmosphere (MAP), such as creams, whipped cream with granules and various toppings, mousse, profiteroles, tiramisu.

Creams and desserts are critical to dose, because they have very variable characteristics depending on temperature and because they tend to dirty the line both during the dosing phase and during product transfer. The presence of product on the edge of the tray could therefore compromise sealing, while spilled product can cause operating problems for the machine itself (including dirty photocells and slippery conveyors).

Thanks to our long experience in the sector, all these aspects are solved through the use of different dosers with specific and optimized characteristics for dosing all types of desserts (e.g. dense, liquid with solid parts, etc.) and for maintaining line performance (e.g. dense creams are dosed in the same time as more liquid creams).

Our line for packaging desserts and sweets can easily handle containers of different shapes (round, rectangular, oval, etc.) and the long feeding section allows the installation of dosers dedicated to a single ingredient (creams, topping).

We are also able to supply a completion of this solution with the classical components of the end of the line, such as weight-pricing machine, labelling machine, etc. The advantage of an automatic line is that it makes it possible to optimize the number of dedicated operators, whereas a production line consisting of the heat sealer alone would necessarily use more people per shift to achieve the same productivity.
