Packaging lines for sauces and gravies

Our automatic lines pack sauces and sauces in heat-sealed trays with MAP.

Sauces and gravies are critical because they tend to foul the line, not only in dosing but also during product transfer.

Machine stops and restarts cause fluctuations in the level of liquid, which may overflow, thus changing the amount of product in the tray. The presence of product on the edge of the tray could also compromise sealing, while spilled product could cause machine operation problems (dirty photocells, slippery conveyors).

All these aspects have been carefully considered when designing the filling line for sauces and gravies.

The different dispensers have the right characteristics for the type of sauce (thick, liquid with solid parts, etc.) and for not altering the performance of the line.

The line can be specially created according to the customer’s space requirements and can be further equipped with the classic end-of-line components, such as weight-price machine, labelling machine, etc.

This packaging system can easily adapt to trays of different shapes (rectangular, oval, etc.) and to all the most up-to-date ecological packaging materials.

The feeding section can allow the installation of any dosers dedicated to a single ingredient (ragout, sauces, cream, cheese).The advantage of an automatic line is that it allows to optimize the number of dedicated operators, while a production line composed of the tray-sealer alone would necessarily use more people per shift to achieve the same productivity.
