Olives and pickled vegetables lines

Our automatic lines CAVECO brand for the packaging of the products of the garden-conservatory, such as olives, pickles, in trays heat-sealed with lid are characterized by:

– Product loading into trays (olives, cucumbers, etc.)

– Self-feeding of the product in the dispensers by storage tank

– Dosing of the “preserving liquid” (oil, vinegar, brine etc.)

– Tray-sealing of the package

– Application of the lid

Several stations are installed on the line, for solids and liquids, sized to avoid “bottlenecks” in the dosing of a particular element.

After tray-sealing, a resealable lid is applied to the package, which allows it to be used several times before the product is finished, thus preserving its freshness and protecting it from contamination.

The advantage of an automatic line is that it allows to optimize the number of dedicated operators, while a production line composed of the tray-sealer alone would necessarily use more people per shift to achieve the same productivity.

The line can easily adapt to containers of different shapes (round, square, oval, etc.) and the long feeding section allows the installation of dosers dedicated to a single ingredient.

Like the others, this line is also able to manage trays in all the most up-to-date ecological packaging materials.

To complete the offer, Gruppo Fabbri also provides barrier films for tray-sealing packaging (MAP/ATP), assistance during installation, both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance service and spare parts.
