NEW ENTRY-LEVEL SOLUTIONS BY FABBRI GROUP

Fabbri Group is introducing a new range of compact tray-sealers designed for small businesses in the food sector: butcheries, fishmongers, and delicatessens. Developed as entry-level solutions, these 12 machines combine ease of use, reliable performance, and adaptability to modern packaging materials, including recyclable monomaterial trays and compostable sealing films.

SIMPLE AND FAST OPERATION
The operator simply places the tray manually in the mold, closes the drawer, and within a few seconds, the packaging cycle is completed. An acoustic and visual signal indicates the end of the process. Thanks to electronic temperature control and fast format change, this new range proves to be a versatile and efficient ally for dynamic working environments and limited spaces.

COMPACT AND EFFICIENT PERFORMANCE
The standard models are fully electric/pneumatic, compact, cost-effective, and easy to install, even for less experienced operators. They allow both sealing-only and MAP packaging, with an output of 3 to 8 trays per minute, depending on tray format and material.

ADVANCED PRESENTATION WITH OVERSKIN TECHNOLOGY
The higher-end model integrates skin-on-board (overskin) technology, capable of processing trays with flanges up to 40 mm, delivering a premium presentation effect appreciated in fresh food retail and ready-meal applications.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY ACROSS FORMATS
Models are also available for large-size trays, including pizza formats, as well as extra-deep trays suitable for packaging semi-liquid and liquid products.
