Pizza and focaccia lines

Our automatic lines for the preparation and packaging of pizzas and focaccia can perform the following operations:

– Tray unstacking or tray loading in line

– Self-feeding of the product into the dispensers by means of storage tanks

– Dosing of oil or brine both in trays

– Tomato dosing both in trays

– Grated cheese dosing

– Soft cheese dosing (such as mozzarella cheese)

– Dosing of vegetables or condiments

– Focaccia pressing with special systems as if it were handmade

The long feed section allows for the installation of several feeders, dedicated to a single ingredient, for solid products and sauces, sized so as not to have “bottlenecks” when dosing a particular element. The base for pizzas or focaccias is instead deposited by hand.

The line is characterized by extreme flexibility and can package different types of products, such as pizzas and focaccias with different ingredients in trays or trays (both rectangular and circular).

We are also able to supply a packaging solution for pizzas and focaccias with the classic end-of-line components, such as weight-price machine, labelling machine, etc.

The advantage of an automatic line is that it makes it possible to optimize the number of dedicated operators, whereas a production line consisting of a tray-sealer alone would necessarily use more people per shift to achieve the same productivity.

Like the others, this line is also able to manage trays and tubs in all the most up-to-date ecological packaging materials.

To complete the offer, Gruppo Fabbri also provides barrier films for tray-sealing or MAP packaging, assistance during installation, both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance service and spare parts.
