We are pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of G.F. Packaging España S.A. (Teixpac), a Spanish company operating in the packaging sector and already a distributor for Gruppo Fabbri Vignola in the Iberian Peninsula, North Africa, and South America.
This operation represents a further strategic step in strengthening our presence in the European market and opens up new opportunities for expansion in other continents.
With the addition of G.F. Packaging España, the Fabbri branch network further expands, consolidating our ability to offer innovative food packaging solutions and ensuring even more extensive after-sales service, including ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, production line integration, and spare parts supply.
