To meet food industry needs, which require products that are increasingly “eyecatching” and have increased shelf life, Gruppo Fabbri<\/em><\/strong> makes the skin<\/em> packaging\u00a0<\/strong>available on XPEED 1<\/a><\/strong>, the compact tray-sealer that represents one of the centre pieces of the Company for industrial packaging.<\/p>\n

The essential components of a machine to carry out preparation for market in skin<\/em> mode are:<\/p>\n

\u2022 \u00a0<\/strong>an extractor assembly<\/strong> for vacuum
\n\u2022 \u00a0<\/strong>a skin<\/em> eco-gas kit
\n\u2022 \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>a mould<\/strong> in suitable version<\/p>\n

On XPEED 1<\/a><\/strong> these three elements are integrated effectively on the modular base of the machine, so as to preserve the appearance of the package and optimise the energy costs of production.<\/p>\n

XPEED 1<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>is a compact tray-sealer<\/strong> for the preparation for market of fresh food products, that meets the needs of the packaging\u00a0industry and of large packaging centres.<\/p>\n

The machine provides its top of the range<\/strong> performance, as it is the only tray-sealer<\/strong> in its segment with both double and single-line in-feed.<\/p>\n
